Liu Zengyuan, head of the expert group of the waste rubber comprehensive utilization branch of China Rubber Association, said that in the next three years, the waste rubber comprehensive utilization industry will transform the original equipment and processes with new energy-saving and environmental protection process equipment, so that 95% of enterprises can meet the national secondary standard for wastewater, waste gas and waste residue discharge, 30% of enterprises can meet the national primary discharge standard, and the production energy consumption of products will be reduced by 26% compared with 2007. From January to October this year, Thailand imported a total of 413 extruders and special synthetic reclaimed rubber from China, striving for the production capacity and usage of such products to increase steadily at a rate of 15%. At the same time, we will vigorously promote the high-efficiency energy-saving process and the 2016 cathode material output of 161600 tons, including odor free new activators and renewable softeners, so as to fundamentally solve the problems of tail gas pollution and excessive product polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons

According to Liu Zengyuan, the adjustment of industrial structure mainly starts from five aspects: expanding the supporting capacity of comprehensive pollution control, focusing on industrial dust treatment, desulfurization process tail gas treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and recycling, standard treatment of industrial flue gas and overall supporting capacity, so as to increase the proportion of comprehensive pollution control from the existing 80% of the industry to 95%; Further research and develop more efficient and energy-saving environmental protection equipment to ensure that the national standard for comprehensive pollution control is qualified and the national standard is upgraded; Research and develop pollution-free additives to fundamentally solve the secondary pollution caused by mineral tar; Use new energy-saving crushers, desulfurization tooling and post-processing machinery to replace inefficient machines to achieve energy conservation and efficiency; Research and develop the regeneration method of special synthetic rubber, so that the recycled varieties of synthetic rubber such as neoprene, nitrile rubber, EPDM, silicone rubber and fluororubber can be applied in batches

it is understood that at present, China has formed a comprehensive utilization pattern of waste rubber dominated by ten regions, such as Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian and Sichuan, but there are great differences in the industrial structure and technical level between regions. In some regions, the production methods are primitive and extensive, and the environmental protection treatment is incomplete. Although the pollutant treatment of mainstream renewable rubber enterprises has reached and exceeded the national standards, there are also a few small, disorderly and poor enterprises that do not regulate production. From the perspective of product structure, the recycled rubber of super grade tires accounted for only 12% to 15% of the total amount of recycled rubber in 2008. Ethylene propylene diene monomer, nitrile, neoprene and fluororubber and silicone rubber in special rubber have not been quantitatively applied, and the added value of products needs to be further improved
